मित्रांनो, आपण नेहमी ऐकतो की एखादा व्यावसायिक एखाद्या धंद्यात किंवा व्यवसायात अमुक अमुक वर्षापासून काम करतोय. किंवा हा व्यवसाय अमुक माणसाचा पारंपरिक व्यवसाय किंवा कुटुंबच ह्या व्यवसायाच्या नावासाठी ओळखले जातात. मग आपण त्यांच्या यशोगाथा ऐकतो त्यांच्या मुलाखती पाहतो आणि म्हणतो यांच्या तर रक्तातच बिजनेस आहे. पण नीट विचार केलात तर ह्या पैकी कोणीही जन्मला व्यवसाय म्हणून आलेलं नव्हत. जनता वाडवडिलांचा व्यवसाय होता, तो होण्यासाठी आधी कोणी तरी त्याची सुरुवात करावी लागली होती. त्यानंतर पुढच्या पिढीने तो शिकून तो टिकवला वाढवला लोकांपर्यंत पोहोचवला म्हणून त्या व्यवसायिकांची नाव इतकी मोठी आहे. जसे जमशेदजी टाटा, धीरूभाई अंबानी, किर्लोस्कर. या सर्वांनी सुरुवात करायचे धाडस दाखवलं आणि पुढे त्यांना यश मिळत गेलं ही तर झाली मोठ्या नावांची चर्चा. अशी बरीच नावं असतात जी मोठे होण्याच्या प्रवासाला लागलेली असतात किंवा खरे तर ते खूप आधीपासून व्यवसाय करत असतात पण प्रसिद्धीपासून दूर असतात. दूध व्यवसाय हा असा व्यवसाय आहे. दूध व्यवसाय आता विकासाची गती पकडतो आहे. अधिक अधिक शेतकरी दूध व्यवसायाचा जोडधंदा म्हणून विचार करत असतात तर असेही बरेच शेतकरी आहेत दूध व्यवसायाचा एक मुख्य धंदा म्हणून विचार करत असतात. आणि मग ही मा तोणसं सुरुवात करतात आणि हळू हळू हळू हळू विकास करायला लागतात. आणि त्यांचा तो व्यवसाय त्यांचे कुटुंब त्यांची पुढची पिढी हे शिकून घेते आणि आणखी वाढवते.
आज आपण कोल्हापूरच्या हातकणंगले तालुक्यात अशाच एका दुग्धव्यवसायीकाला भेटणार आहोत. त्यांचं नाव आहे दत्तात्रेय धोंडीराम भांडवले सरकार.
यांचा व्यवसाय 1992 पासून कार्यरत आहे. सुरुवात केवळ चार गाईं पासून झाली. आणि आता त्यांच्याकडे तब्बल सोळा एचएफ जातीच्या गाई आहेत. या व्यतिरिक्त गिरगाय देखील आहे. त्यांच्या डेरी चे नाव यशवंत डेअरी फार्म अस आहे.
भांडवले सरकार यांनी चार गाईं पासून सुरुवात करून आज हा व्यवसाय सोळा गाईंचा केला. दिवसाला दीडशे ते पावणे दोनशे लिटर दूध त्यांना या गाईं पासून मिळते. जवळच्या वारणा डेरी ला ते हे दूध विकतात.
दूध व्यवसाय का करावा असं विचारल्यावर त्यांनी सांगितलं की दूध व्यवसाय दरडोई उत्पन्नाच्या बाबतीत सध्या कमी आहे पण तो वाढतो आहे. पण दर हप्त्याला खर्च वजा जाऊन दहा हजार रुपये जर तुम्हाला मिळत असतील तर कुठल्याही बारा तासाचा नोकरीपेक्षा हा व्यवसाय परवडतो. त्याचं कारण त्यांनी या मुलाखतीत सांगितले.
